No tear is too complex

We merge Japanese sashiko, old-school French invisible darning and modern laser patching. The result: a repair that is structurally strong and visually indistinguishable from original texture, unless you choose a contrasting thread.

Invisible / antique re-weave for delicate fabrics

From torn to treasured, in 6 steps

Our workflow is precise but subtle. Here’s how your garment moves through our hands.

01

Drop-off & Damage Mapping

We clean, inspect under UV light & document every tear, stain, and weak seam with a digital docket.

02

Reinforcement Strategy

Tailor selects between reweaving, single-layer darning, sashiko patch or replacement panel.

03

Micro-fiber Matching

We source threads from our archive of 300+ shades and textures to match the original yarn.

04

Manual Stitching

For delicate repairs we use a 0.1mm needle, magnified lenses & a steady hand. Takes hours not minutes.

05

Finishing & Press

We steam, iron and shape to erase all signs of the repair seam. Even the inside is smooth.

06

Eco-care Package

Every piece returns in a reusable cotton bag with a care manual and a recycled-rubber pin.

Repair wisdom, answered

In ideal conditions (natural fibre, fine weave, and original cloth), the result is virtually undetectable. For synthetics we use a blended thread that mimics sheen and grain.

Quick stitches take 48 hours; classic repairs 3-5 days; complex reweaving up to 2 weeks. We always contact you for extension.

Yes, it helps assessment. We also provide a complimentary sanitising clean for high-touch parts before we start.

Our Full Remodel service can add an artistic new panel or contrast fabric, giving the item an entirely fresh personality.
