StitchWorks: The Atelier Behind Your Most Cherished Garments

StitchWorks is an Australian-owned, Melbourne-based tailoring house dedicated to impeccable craftsmanship, sustainable practices and a personal connection with every piece we create or restore. With over a decade of experience and a loyal community, we craft garments that fit your body and your story.

Our Foundation

More than a tailor – we preserve memories

Founded in 2008, StitchWorks began as a small alternative to mass fashion – a studio where every stitch, every cut, every repair was an act of intention. What started as a single sewing machine in a garage has grown into a renowned atelier with a team of sixteen artisans, all sharing a single philosophy: that clothing should be made to last, respect individuality, and never end up as landfill.

From made-to-measure suits for CEOs and grooms, to invisible repairs on beloved heirloom denim, we blend traditional hand skills with modern techniques, ensuring every garment leaves our studio with the perfect balance of strength and elegance.
